This is a very rare banknote. These banknotes were printed in England and shipped to Paraguay. During the shipment from England to Paraguay, the ship was captured by pirates. Immediately Paraguay decided to print new banknotes and to consider these lost banknotes as never issued. However, a few years later a few hundred of the lost banknotes came on the market, nobody knows how and where they came from. Of course we cannot proof that these notes are from the captured ship but fact is that these notes officially never were printed. A very nice item for the banknote collectors!
